Crystal Fry
Leadership & Life Coach
I coach one-on-one and in group and retreat settings to help people get from where they are to where they really want to be in life.
Pretty vague, right? That’s because I use powerful coaching tools and concepts that are applicable to almost any challenge, small or large, personal or professional.
Some clients have specific goals like enhancing leadership, starting a business, or reaching new health goals. Others come to me dissatisfied with their current life situation, but unsure why. Whatever your issue, I can help you move through it towards your highest possible outcome. Guided by your own unique set of values, preferences and passions, and firm in your own personal freedom and responsibility; you too can create the life experience you most want.
How it works
Through conversation, together we work to:
-
Identify the gap that exists between where you are today and where you want to be
-
Explore experiences and unpack work and life issues to expand your perspective, check for blind spots, and challenge unchecked assumptions and limiting beliefs in-order to open new possibilities and potential
-
Co-create solutions and design a plan of actionable steps to help you cross the gap
-
Follow-up, support and hold you accountable to action plans and commitments
Also expect to have some fun along the way! I have been coaching since 2012, and hold certifications from UC Davis and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Following professional standards and ethics, I coach men and women of all ages and diverse backgrounds, experiences and interests to achieve their work and life aspirations. If you want change, but are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or indecisive, I can help you understand why and how to move forward, one step at a time. Real change is achieved through slow, steady and sustainable shifts in mindsets and behaviors.
If you need an ally, I offer effective coaching for work and life.
Coaching sessions are delivered in-person, by phone or video conference.
